Shipping destinations

FrostKind currently ships within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Standard tracked delivery is estimated at 5–11 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or other events outside our control.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on FrostKind orders shipped within the United States.

Address requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate physical street address. Because this product contains rechargeable lithium batteries, delivery to PO boxes may not be available. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address; we cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.

Tracking

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order arrives damaged, is confirmed lost, or has not moved for an extended period, contact frostkindsupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner toward an appropriate resolution.
